Not only does Fremont County boast the 2A boys and girls state champions this basketball season, but 10 athletes from 5 different schools received the highest individual achievement in classes 1A and 2A.
All-State lists were distributed Monday.
In class 1A, Martina Brown from St. Stephens and Dubois’ Calyn O’Neal received the honor. For the 1A boys, Vincent Brown of St. Stephens High School was the lone County 10 representative.
In class 2A, state champions Alex Trosper and Siona Astorga from Wyoming Indian High School made the ladies list, along with Cheyenne Thompson of Shoshoni and Wind River’s Savannah Arneach. State champion boys Bradford Brown and Lane Hill from WIHS join Wind River’s McCaden Anderson with the award.
