The Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) has reported 13 new laboratory confirmed Fremont County COVID-19 cases over the last 24 hours.
That brings the Fremont County total of confirmed cases to 66 with 6 current probable cases. WDH also updated that 28 of the 66 confirmed cases have seen full recoveries. There have been 4 Fremont County COVID-19 related deaths.
Statewide, the number of confirmed cases rose to 349 Friday. There are currently 124 probable cases. 321 of Wyoming’s cases are considered full recoveries. There have been 7 reported COVID-19 related deaths across the state. (Note: numbers reported by WDH, and change often.)
Cases across Wyoming have been seen in nearly every age demographic, but there are three groups that have each seen about 18% of the overall totals including; 19-29 year old’s, 50-59 year old’s, and 60-69 year old’s.
Roughly 46% of cases said they had contact with a known Coronavirus case and 40% said they had an underlying health condition. Slightly more females than males have contracted COVID-19 in Wyoming. 15% of cases have required hospitalization.
