CPD announced the incident is under further investigation and no other information is available at this time.

(Cheyenne, WY) – Cheyenne authorities are looking for a missing 2-year-old child.
Athian Rivera was last seen in Cheyenne on Desmet Drive around Noon on Friday, February 19th. He was last seen wearing an unknown colored short sleeved shirt and black sweatpants.
