A 24-year-old man from Mexico was arrested in Casper after law enforcement discovered unlawful possession of visas, permits, and other documents.
Francisco Garcia-Reyes was sentenced Tuesday, August 14th by Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal.
He received time-served plus ten days to allow for deportation proceedings.
He was also ordered to pay $100 in special assessment at the time of his scheduled deportation.
The Department of Homeland Security investigated this case.
