(Fremont County, WY) – After three days of basketball. Three teams remained with one still not having to qualify for the tournament on the final day. Two Fremont County teams will be going to the state tournament in Casper, Wyoming on Thursday.

3A Girls Regional
- Lyman 30 Lander 25
- Lander will be the two seed from the west at state.
3A West Boys Regional
- Worland 76 Lander 60
- Lander has their season concluded.
4A West Boys
- Riverton 58 Star Valley 35
- First regional championship since 1989 and will be the number one seed from the west at the state tournament.
