(Riverton, WY) – The Fremont County School District 25 Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, in the Board Chambers at 121 North Fifth Street West in Riverton.
The agenda includes an All Northwest Choir trip debrief with Kimber Tower, a report from Willow Creek Elementary Principal Robyn Johnson, and a presentation from Chad Fallin regarding the 2027 Costa Rica EF Tour.
The board will also host a public forum Tuesday regarding calendars for Riverton High School, K-8, and Frontier.
After an executive session for personnel, the board will consider five actions items:
- approve an out-of-state travel request for the RHS Speech and Debate team to travel to the National Speech and Debate Association National Tournament in Richmond, Virginia, in June
- approve Frontier Academy early graduation requests for Tanner Carver and Marcus Gray
- accept resignations from Eighth Grade Girls Basketball Assistant Kelsey Giorgis, RHS ELA/Theater Teacher Annette Benn-Thornton, and RHS Social Studies Teacher Rebecca Brothers
- offer contracts for the 2026-2027 school year to certified and licensed professional staff
- offer contracts to RHS Social Studies Teacher Jordan Christensen, Rendezvous Elementary SPED Teacher Blaine Christensen, RHS Computer Science Teacher Charles Palmer, RMS Girls Assistant Basketball Coach Bradley Eliason, and Rendezvous Elementary SPED Teacher Betsy Belkin
Information items on the agenda include:
- Boys and Girls Club 6th Annual Awards and Recognition Breakfast on April 22
- Notification of Fremont County BOCES funds of up to $14,000 to be used for the FCSD 25 Technology Internship Program
- Notifications of 10-day drop students
- Stipulated agreement which has been violated and moved to an expulsion
- Job description – elementary teacher (computer science/library specialist)
- Frontier Academy graduation June 8
- Certified staff changes
- Enrollment
An executive session for student discipline will be held before adjournment.
