(Cheyenne, WY) – The 68th Wyoming Legislature will convene for the 2026 Budget Session at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9, in a joint session of the Senate and House of Representatives.
Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon will deliver his State of the State address, during the joint session, followed by the State of the Judiciary presented by Wyoming Supreme Court Chief Justice Lynne J. Boomgaarden.
Following the joint session, the Senate and House of Representatives will hold brief opening ceremonies and begin introducing legislation starting at 2 p.m. in their respective chambers.
Convening times are always subject to change.
