The Pioneer Museum in Lander is holding its annual Best Apple Pie Contest on Saturday, September 26th. In addition, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (or until gone) folks can get a mini apple pie for a donation to the museum.
“People are encouraged to make a morning of it – come to the museum to see the wonderful collection and get a pie! The money raised will help the museum in these difficult financial times.”– Site Manager Randy Wise
Those wishing to participate in the contest need to drop their pie off at the museum before 10:00 am on Saturday. Prizes include cash and ribbons for both the adult and kiddo category.
