(Pavillion, WY) – The Good Portions food truck announced today that they will be donating a portion of their sales from an upcoming event to Jack Lackey, whose wife Elaine tragically passed away in a car wreck on August 2.
Good Portions sets up every Thursday night at the Wind River Rec Arena in Pavillion for the Gymkhanas youth rodeo events, and will be there again tomorrow, August 8, where 50% of the money they raise will be donated to Jack during this difficult time.
The food truck will be set up starting at 6pm, and will be serving burgers, hot dogs, nachos, fries, drinks and sweet treats.
The Wind River Rec Arena is located at 424 S. Main Street in Pavillion.
