(Midvale, WY) – Midvale Station’s 14th annual Benefit Ice Fishing Derby & Raffle has been set for January 24, 25, & 26 at Ocean Lake.
This year’s fundraiser will benefit 9-year-old Madison Belle Friday and her family, after she was tragically diagnosed with high-grade glioma brain cancer in late 2024.

Additionally, there will be a chili cook-off, raffle and silent auction following the derby, and winners for all events will be announced on the final day.
Raffle tickets are sold at the Print Shop, The Cove, Midvale Station, Bighorn Co-op, Possum Pete’s, Kinnear Store, Bailey Tire, and The Cedar Bar. Pricing information is available at those locations.
The Midvale Station is also taking money, gifts or donatable items for the auction.
The fundraiser was originally set to take place in early January, but it had to be delayed due to unseasonably warm temperatures and a lack of safe ice for a derby.
