Our community is large and wildly diverse, which is at the same time our strength and our weakness. #Activate10 is a movement seeking to increase communication between individuals and organizations across Fremont County and to promote positive action in our communities.
Lander Area Pilot and Hangar Owners Association (LAPAHOA) has organized a drive-in movie theater-style “Summer Open House” for Saturday, June 20th at Hunt Field in Lander.
Along with flight demonstrations and learning about local aviation, the Lander-based Low Water String Band will be performing at this family-friendly event. “We hope to get people out in the community,” shared LAPAHOA member Jeff Kimber.
Gates open at 7:00 am and close at 8:00 am. Folks will be parking on the ramp to maintain social distance protocol, space is limited so they recommend getting there early. A few more details can be found on the flyer shared below.
