(Lander, WY) – The Lander Kiwanis Club and the Worland Chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace have teamed up to get beds to local kiddos in need.
The two organizations are planning Lander’s first bed-building event for this initiative starting at 9 am on June 19th. A commitment of at least 20 volunteers is needed for the event since all of the supplies will be hauled from Worland.
It is expected to take about 3 hours and will be set up in the parking area between Farm Bureau and Gambles in Lander. The beds are either singles or bunk beds.
