Each week, staff at Arapaho Charter High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.

Aries Headley is the Arapaho Charter High School Student of the Week!
Aries, a junior at ACHS, is the grandson of Karen Brown and the son of Darci Quiver. He is being recognized for his positive character contributions to the overall environment at school, his respectful and calm demeanor, and his success in the classroom. A nominating teacher writes “Aries is a joy to have in class. He has a good attitude and is kind to all students. He is always willing to help out where ever help is needed. Aries finished out semester 1 strong and showed much growth throughout the semester.” He shows no signs of slowing down, and is off to a good start in semester 2 as well. “Aries is kind, respectful and a positive influence in the classrooms and hallways at ACHS due to his calming presence and quiet strength” writes another.
In his high school career Aries has competed in Track & Field, and is planning to do so again join the ACHS team this spring. He helps with the school district’s Food Distribution program, and serves his community outside of school through working with Foundation for Nations. When not in school he loves to take walks and go on hikes, visit with his friends, and play video games. Roblox and Fortnight are his favorites in that arena. After high school Aries hopes to get a job in the oil field by perhaps attending Wind River Job Corp for certifications in Petroleum before joining the workforce. Well done, Aries – we’re proud of you!
