La Treyen Blackburn was nominated as the Arapaho Charter High School student of the week by ACHS Staff.
La Treyen Blackburn is the Arapaho Charter High School Student of the Week! La Treyen, or ‘LT’ as he is sometimes affectionately known, is in his final year of high school at ACHS, and though he is new to us he has made an immediate and positive impression on both staff and his peers. “La Treyen is new to Arapaho Charter, and he has quickly become a great asset to our little school” writes one nominating teacher. “He is a great student by engaging in lessons, participating in class discussions, and is always ready with an answer. Polite and respectful, La Treyen extends those courtesies to both students and staff alike. I am glad to have him as part of our Warriors team here.” Another has this to say about him: “La Treyen is a great addition to ACHS and is a wonderful student to have in class. He works hard, comes to school every day, and stays on top of his schoolwork. La Treyen has a positive attitude and is motivated to do his best. He is friendly, respectful, and gets along well with his classmates. I appreciate the effort and work ethic he brings to class each day.” His grades are also a reflection of what staff has already recognized – he has As in all classes but one. When he’s not in school he enjoys video games and music, and takes an interest in MMA and boxing as well. After graduation La Treyen hopes to attend a trade school to pursue a career in either construction or as an electrician. Keep up the good work, LT – ACHS is proud of you!
