Skye Wallowing Bull was nominated as the Arapaho Charter High School student of the week by ACHS Staff.
Skye Wallowing Bull is the Arapaho Charter High School Student of the Week! Skye, a sophomore at ACHS, is off to a fantastic start in his second year of high school. Always a star int he classroom, he currently has all As and only one class in which he has a percentage less than 100, and that one is a mere two percentage points away. His nominating teacher and coach writes "Skye is a dedicated individual inside and outside of the classroom. He is very responsible and you can always rely on him to show up, whether it’s to class, morning practice, or to be the solo member competing in a cross country race. Skye is kind, funny, and a good friend to his classmates. He works hard every day and is admired by staff and students alike for his positive attitude and work ethic." He is a stalwart on the Warriors Cross Country team, and looks to be a leader on his basketball team this winter as well. Spring will once again bring Track and Field as he is one of the school's few 3-sport athletes. When he's not in school, Skye enjoys both hunting and fishing and has had good success in both endeavors. After graduating from high school he plans to attend Wind River Job Corps and see certification, and ultimately a career, as a welding. Keep up the great work, Skye – ACHS is proud of you!
