Skye Wallowing Bull was nominated as the Arapaho Charter High School student of the week by ACHS Staff.
The Arapaho Charter High School Student of the Week is Skye Wallowing Bull!
Skye is a 9th grader at ACHS, and is the son of Aaron and Kristina Wallowing Bull. In his first semester as a high school student he has shown excellent dedication to his studies and a clear desire to be involved in the goings-on at school. One nominating teacher writes "Skye is an excellent student and is always courageous enough to be the first to volunteer to answer in class. He is respectful and polite to adults and is often seen smiling and joking with his friends. Skye shows great maturity as a freshman, and I am happy to have him at ACHS." In addition to his outstanding scholastic and social attributes, Skye has also stepped forward as ACHS's first-ever Cross Country runner. He plans to play Basketball and run Track this year as well.
Outside of school and athletics Skye enjoys activities in the great outdoors; hunting, fishing and hiking top his list of favorites. Once he graduates from high school a few years from now he plans to attend trade school or college to train as a welder and pursue a career within that vocational skill set. Great job, Skye – ACHS is proud of you!
