25-year-old Staar Dana Miller of Arapahoe was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on September 25th, 2018 for escape from custody.
Miller was arrested in Casper. He received 18 months of imprisonment, which will be followed by 36 months of supervised released.
He was also ordered to pay a $100 special assessment fee.
Miller’s case was investigated by the Lander Police Department, Natrona County Sheriff’s Office, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and United States Marshalls Service.
