(Arapahoe, WY) – The Fremont County School District 38 Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, May 12, at 445 Little Wind River Bottom Road in Arapahoe.
The agenda includes a kindergarten presentation, an Arapaho language class presentation, and a report from Billie Spoonhunter on a Food Sovereignty Program grant.
There are three policy readings on the agenda:
- second reading policy DE-R – Time and Effort Reporting
- second reading policy GCD – Professional Staff Vacations and Holidays
- second reading policy EFA – FCSD #38 Wellness Policy
An executive session will be held for personnel before an acknowledgement for classified staff.

Monday’s meeting will be preceded by a 5:45 p.m. special recreation board meeting on the fiscal year 2026 preliminary budget, the schedule for fiscal year 2026 budget hearings, amended by-laws, and a change in the July meeting date.
A special ACHS regular board meeting will take place at 5:50 p.m. Monday, with one item on the agenda: change July meeting date.
