Colleen Brown was nominated as the Aspen Elementary student of the week by Maggie Martinez.
I would like to nominate Colleen Duran for Student of the Week. Colleen consistently comes to school with a positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. She puts forth strong effort in all that she does and is always willing to follow directions and meet expectations. Colleen demonstrates kindness and empathy toward her peers; she is quick to notice when a classmate may need support or encouragement and readily steps in to help. Her willingness to assist others and her caring nature contribute positively to the classroom environment.
