The Barber Crossover Program is a unique program that will be offered starting Fall 2021 for those Cosmetologists licensed in the State of Wyoming who wish to add barbering skills and licensure to their professional practices.
This program consists of three classes taught in the evening, one class per semester. Although completion of the program will take longer, the schedule is designed to set professionals up for success by not overloading them with content and will allow focus on honing barbering skills.
By completing the program, Cosmetologists will be equipped to take the State of Wyoming Barbering Boards for licensure.
Completion of this program does not guarantee licensure. Applicants must meet the general admission requirements of Central Wyoming College. Admission to the college does not guarantee admission to the Barbering Crossover program; application to the program is a separate objective process.
