(Powell, WY) – Wyoming Indian’s Ben Niedo led Fremont County wrestlers at a tough Powell Invitational with a second-place finish at 285 pounds.
The Cody Broncs won the team competition with 174 points, edging Hardin, Montana by seven points. The Riverton Wolverines placed highest among count teams with 75 points and a sixth-place finish.
Riverton had a pair of third place finishes in Garrett Withrow and Pryce Wiginton. Withrow wrestled at 106 pounds and Wiginton at 126.
There were 19 Wyoming and Montana teams at the tournament.
