(Dubois, WY) – The Dubois Town Council will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, in the Council Chambers at Dubois Town Hall, 712 Meckem Street.
The agenda includes a public hearing for a retail liquor license transfer.
The council will also discuss Dennison Lodge structural roof repairs and consider declaring the need for repairs at the wastewater lagoons an emergency.
Step replacement at the senior center also represents an emergency, according to the agenda, which indicates that the council will consider ratifying that emergency determination and awarding the step replacement project to TK3 in the amount not to exceed $5,500.
The council will also consider approving a $24,937 payment to KLJ Engineering for Airport Master Plan/airport Layout Plan professional services.
Other action items on the agenda include:
- approving 2025 airport hangar lot leases
- approving the retail liquor license transfer of ownership
- approving an agreement for annual marketing management
- approving malt beverage and open container permits
- accepting the donation of a grand piano from the Wind River Valley Artists Guild
- approving accounts payable
- accepting the June 2025 financial report
An executive session will be held if needed before adjournment.
