(Riverton, WY) – The Boys & Girls Club of Riverton is proud to honor Cody and Crystal Myers at the 6th Annual Awards & Recognition Breakfast on Wednesday, April 22, at the Fremont Center in Riverton. The annual breakfast recognizes individuals who have made a lasting impact on the lives of local youth through service, mentorship, and community leadership.
A former Boys & Girls Club member, Cody Myers has served as a School Resource Officer for 18 years, working with both Fremont County School District #25 and Fremont County School District #24. His career in law enforcement, combined with leadership roles at the state and national level, has focused on school safety, mentorship, and youth development. Cody also spent years coaching, teaching, and leading programs that encouraged accountability, resilience, and character in young people. He currently serves as a Campus Security Director at Central Wyoming College.
Crystal Myers brings a lifelong passion for youth leadership and education. Miss Rodeo Wyoming 2007, Crystal has served for 11 years as National Director for the Miss Rodeo Wyoming Association and currently works as a preschool special education paraeducator in Shoshoni. Her work has consistently centered on goal setting, confidence building, and helping young people see their potential.

Together, Cody and Crystal have created and supported youth programs including Ready to Ride, Rope Your Dreams Bull Riding School, Ready to Ride Leadership Camp, and Camp P.O.S.T.C.A.R.D., impacting hundreds of youth across Fremont County and beyond. They are proud parents of four children, who remain one of the greatest highlights of their lives.
Community members are invited to attend and celebrate the Myers’ legacy of service and the ongoing impact of the Boys & Girls Club in Riverton. The breakfast will be held on Wednesday, April 22nd, at the Fremont Center. Doors open at 6:15 a.m., breakfast will be served at 6:30 a.m., and the program will begin promptly at 7:00 a.m.
