A 39-year-old Eureka, California man was arrested in Sweetwater County for possession of marijuana, with intent to distribute.
Ethan Tsubasa Thao was sentenced this week by Chief Federal District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl, he received 21 months of imprisonment, to be followed by 48 months of supervised released, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol and Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation investigated this case.
