On Monday, County 10 reported that a 30-year-old Fremont County man had escaped from a Casper re-entry center.
The re-entry center serves as a court-ordered rehabilitation center for people that have served time in jail.
30-year-old Patrick Vincent Duran failed to return to the re-entry center as he was ordered to do on Thursday afternoon.
According to a Riverton Police Department media release, Duran was arrested in the College Hill Apartments at 3:20 p.m. on Thursday after Casper PD notified the FBI and Riverton Police Department of his failure to return.
Duran’s punishment is stemming from a recent charge of aggravated assault and battery in Fremont County.
