Central Wyoming College is offering a unique opportunity for both employees and the community to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the workplace – at no cost.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, April 7-8, CWC will host a series of four hands-on AI training sessions designed to provide practical, easy-to-use tools that can immediately enhance productivity, communication, and efficiency across a variety of roles. While these sessions are tailored to college employees, a limited number of seats are being opened to community members.
The sessions include:
Tuesday, April 7 (8:30–11:30 a.m.) – AI in the Office
Focused on helping managers, administrative professionals, and office staff streamline everyday tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve workflow efficiency using AI tools. Register here.
Tuesday, April 7 (2:30–5:30 p.m.) – AI in the Classroom
Designed for faculty and instructional staff, this session explores how AI can support teaching, simplify course preparation, and enhance student engagement, no prior experience required. Register here.
Wednesday, April 8 (8:30–11:30 a.m.) – AI Supporting Students
Geared toward Student Affairs teams, including Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, Disability Services, and the Registrar, this session highlights how AI can improve communication and support student services. Register here.
Wednesday, April 8 (1:30–4:30 p.m.) – AI in the Business Office and Purchasing
This session focuses on financial operations, showing how AI can increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy for teams in accounting, budgeting, grants management, and purchasing. Register here.
Community members are encouraged to register as soon as possible, as space is limited. All sessions are offered at no cost.
All sessions will be held in ITECC 125 on the CWC main campus in Riverton. Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop, as these sessions are designed to be hands-on and interactive.
