3/27 UPDATE: Cheyenne Police reports that Lucas has been located safely.
(Cheyenne, WY) – The Cheyenne Police Department has released information on a missing 15-year-old Friday evening.
Lucas Swanger was last seen at Cheyenne East High School around noon Friday. He did not return home after school.
Lucas was believed to be wearing a black hoodie, black sweat pants and red/black Jordan shoes.
