(Riverton, WY) – Chris Linton grew up playing golf at the Riverton Country Club. After graduating from RHS, Chris left Wyoming seeking warmer weather. Partially for his own comfort, but mainly to enjoy golf year-round. His journey through school and career eventually took him to Utah, Nevada, Arizona and Oklahoma.
A few months ago Linton was approached with an offer he’d heard before, managing the Riverton Country Club. At 33-years-old, the timing was right for him to return to the Rendezvous City.
We caught up with Chris to chat about his homecoming, several golf events that he helped host in his first summer on the job and lots of opportunities for golfers to get involved with in Fremont County!
