Betul Sanli moved to Lander two years ago and has recently opened a gourmet and specialty bakery that serves mulitple flavor varieties of the classic cinnamon roll.

Betul graduated from Le Cordon Blue in Ottawa, Canada in 2009, and since then has worked as a chef on oil rigs in the Black Sea, restaurants in Istanbul, and in F1 racing kitchens around the world. She brought her experience owning her own shawarma restaurant to Lander.
“Even though I’ve always dreamed of owning my own bakery, I never thought it would be one specific product to bake,” says Betul. “I feel that it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I am thankful for the community in Lander for their trust and support.”
