The City of Lander is issuing a retraction regarding a legal advertisement published in the Lander Journal on December 11, 2024, concerning Ordinance 2024-08 regarding suggested changes to Title 4, Planning and Zoning. All legal advertisements related to the City of Lander Regular Council Meeting held on December 10, 2024, were submitted to the newspaper in advance to meet publication deadlines. Unfortunately, the advertisement contained an error, and a corrected notice will be published in the legal advertisement section on Saturday, December 14, 2024.

The City of Lander did not pass the third reading of City of Lander Municipal Code Title 4, Sections 4-1-1 through 4-15-9 in its entirety and replaced it with Title 4- Planning and Zoning.
