The City of Lander has announced that fireworks will be permitted within city limits on New Year’s Eve this year.
Fireworks will not be permitted on City of Lander property, Main Street, City Parks, the Lander Airport, or cemetery.
Legal firework hours are between 4:30 p.m. December 31st and 12:30 a.m. January 1st.
The City of Lander urges everyone to use caution if celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks.
