The City of Lander invites the public to a Project Information Open House on Wednesday, March 5, from 3-6 PM at the Lander Community and Convention Center. This event is an excellent opportunity to learn about various projects happening in Lander.
City Staff and project representatives will be available to answer questions and provide detailed information on upcoming projects, including:
- Zoning Codes and Planning Commission
- Master Plan
- 1% Street Projects and Infrastructure
- Upcoming Construction Projects
- Flood Mitigation
- Flood Protection and River Restoration Downstream of Main Street Bridge
Attendees can meet with representatives from several departments and organizations, including the Energy & Environment Task Force, Fremont County Emergency Management, Sinks Canyon State Park, LOR Foundation, and Wyoming Pathways. Rocky Mountain Power will also be present to discuss savings and solutions for customers.
While there will not be a formal presentation during the open house, attendees are encouraged to ask questions and engage in one-on-one discussions with staff and project representatives. Informational materials will be available for public viewing.
