(Lander, WY) – The Lander City Council will hold a special regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, in the City Council Chambers at 240 Lincoln Street.
The agenda includes five new business action items:
- authorize the mayor to sign a notice of award and construction contract for Bishop Randall Water and Street Improvements
- approve and authorize the mayor to sign the $28 million Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement between the Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board and the City of Lander (CW 206) for a multi-year rehab project
- approve and authorize the mayor to sign the $16.9 million Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan Agreement between the Wyoming SLIB and City of Lander (DW 259) for a multi-year rehab project.
- authorize payment of the $84,800 loan origination fee for DW 259 and the $141,140 loan origination fee for CW 206 for a total amount of about $225,960 to the Office of State Lands and Investments
- approve a resolution exempting the Fremont County Pioneer Museum property from the open container provisions of city ordinance
