(Lander, WY) – For a second time this basketball season, our Athlete of the Week is Daisy Goklish!
The County 10 Athlete of the Week is presented by Wyoming Catholic College.
Goklish led the Lady Tigers basketball team in points during the three state tournament games in Casper last week. She scored 13 Thursday versus Burns, 17 points Friday versus Lovell and 7 in Saturday’s championship against Cody.
Lander’s ladies went 2-1 at the final tournament of the year, eventually falling in the championship game to Cody.
Daisy finished the season 5th in the 3A West in points per game, averaging 12.9.
