(Riverton, WY) – Riverton High School multi-sport athlete Kayden Liebrecht is our Athlete of the Week!
The honor is made possible by the Wyoming Catholic College in Lander!
Recently, the track and field thrower made Riverton High School history with a 55′ 4.5″ shot put. That mark broke a 56-year old school record.
Last week, Kayden won both the shot put and discuss events overall in a dual versus Lander. On Saturday, Riverton track went to a 9-team Douglas Invitational. There, Liebrecht won the discuss championship and took second overall in shot put.
The senior is also preparing to represent Riverton at the 2026 Shrine Bowl football game in Casper this June.
