(Riverton, WY) – Our Athlete of the Week presented by Wyoming Catholic College is Luci Pfisterer.
The Riverton High School swimmer had an excellent duel against Evanston Tuesday, winning all four of her events to help RHS prevail as winners, 189-100.
Luci easily won the 500 yard freestyle, topping her second place competitor by 58 seconds. She won the 50 yard free, was part of the 200 yard freestyle relay championship team and the winning 400 yard freestyle relay team.
Pfisterer’s teammates made choosing her as THE Athlete of the Week an extremely difficult one, especially when it comes to Lily Ormond, who also won all four of her events and was also part of the same winning relays. Individually, Ormond won the 100 yard freestyle and 200 yard freestyle events.
