(Fremont County, WY) – Shoshoni High School wrestler Sawyer Arnhold is our Athlete of the Week, presented by Wyoming Catholic College!
Arnhold competed at her first wrestling meet of the season this weekend in Cody and won a tough 115lb class. On Friday, athletes competed in pool-play with Sawyer going 4-1. She won all of her matches via fall. On Saturday, Ahrold won the 115lb bracket by ultimately beating Powell’s Eleasah Horseley in a high-scoring 17-10 championship decision.
The Shoshoni girls welcome Glenrock for a dual Tuesday. They’ll participate in the very large, Battle in the Big Horn Tournament at Worland this weekend.
