(Fremont County, WY) – Lander Valley High School senior Sequeil Lozier is our athlete of the week presented by Wyoming Catholic College!
Lozier finished his final fall golf season placing second at last weekend’s state tournament in Rawlins. Sequeil shot a day one 79, then bettered himself by three on day two, shooting a 76. Lozier finished only behind Wheatland’s Tate Nichols. Tiger teammate Hunter Kihn finished tied for fourth as the Lander boys took second overall as a team, just behind Wheatland.
On the ladies side, Lander junior Keigann Watson was also second overall, behind only Douglas’ Maddie Brace. Lander’s girls also placed second as a team, finishing just behind Douglas.
