- Welch, James, 33, Riverton, Felony DUI, Available Narrative: RP advised of a REDDI vehicle; “Officers located the REDDI vehicle and found James Welch, 33 yoa from Riverton driving it. Mister Welch displayed obvious signs of intoxication and then failed the field sobriety tests at which time he was arrested. Due to mister Welch having four prior DWUI convictions in the last ten years he was charged with Felony DWUI”
