- Yellowplume, Nichole, 39, Riverton, Open Container, Public Intoxication, Available Narrative: RP advised a subject was getting kicked on the bike path; “There was no fight in progress when officers arrived on scene but Cecil Walker, 51 yoa from Saint Stephens was observed urinating in public and was cited for that offense and Nichole Yellowplume, 39 yoa from Riverton was arrested for Open Container and Public Intoxication with a BAC 0f .137”
- Blackburn, Martin, 20, Fort Washakie, Warrant, Available Narrative: “Martin Blackburn, 20 yoa from Fort Washakie was arrested on a Fremont County warrant for Failure to Appear”
- Dewey, Destiny, 19, Riverton, DWUI, Available Narrative: RP advised of a hit and run involving an already reported REDDI vehicle; “Responding officers located the vehicle and when they attempted to stop it it fled but eventually stopped on the south side of town. The driver was identified as Destiny Dewey 19 yoa from Riverton who displayed obvious signs of intoxication and was uncooperative and was arrested for DWUI. Upon further investigation it was learned that she had struck two parked cars in the Wal Mart parking before leaving the scene. In addition to DWUI Ms. Dewey was also charged with Eluding, Hit & Run, No Driver’s License and no insurance. A passenger in the car, Mary Duran 18 yoa from Arapahoe was arrested for MUI”

In a search incident to his arrest he was found to be in possession of marijuana and was also charged with possession of that”
