As he did so a vehicle approached him from behind at a high rate of speed and passed him while also failing to yield to the fire truck. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified as Brian Sisneros, 38 yoa from Pavillion who displayed signs of being under the influence. Mister Sisneros failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWUI and Possession of Methamphetamine 3rd Subsequent – Felony”

Dustin Ridgely, 44 yoa from Ethete was located nearby and identified as the pedestrian who had caused the accident and was arrested for Public Intoxication with a BAC of .218. The motorcyclist’s refused medical treatment at the scene”
