- Surrell, Thomas, 33, Fort Washakie, Breach of Peace, Available Narrative: RP advised a subject was yelling at people and harassing them
- Two Arrests In One Incident: Available Narrative – “Responding officers contacted Martina Brown, 24 yoa from Ethete who was in control of one of the vehicles involved who displayed signs of alcohol impairment. After failing the field sobriety tests Ms. Brown was arrested for DWUI with a later test at the station indicating a BAC of .244. A passenger in the vehicle, Leland Fightingbear, 19 yoa from Riverton was arrested for MUI with a BAC of .151”
- Surrell, Thomas, 33, Fort Washakie, Breach of Peace, Theft, Available Narrative: RP advised of a patient who was refusing to leave; “Thomas Surrell, 33 yoa from Fort Washakie was arrested for Breach Of Peace and, in a search incident to his arrest, was found to be in possession of a handful of syringes which he had stolen from the hospital and so he was also charged with Theft”
- Perry, Royce, 29, Fort Washakie, Warrant, Drug Possession, Available Narrative: RP advised of a domestic situation; “When officers arrived there was no domestic issues but when one of those involved, Royce Perry, 29 yoa from Fort Washakie, was checked for wants he was found to have an NCIC arrest warrant issued through the US Marshals office and was taken into custody on that. In a search incident to his arrest Mister Perry was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana and was also charged with those offenses”

- Bell, Isaac, 28, Riverton, Warrant, Available Narrative: RP advised of a possibly intoxicated subject; “Isaac Bell, 28 yoa from Riverton was arrested on a Riverton Municipal Court warrant for Failure To Appear”
- Headley, Dustin, 34, Saint Stephens, Public Intoxication, Available Narrative: RP advised of a subject lying on the sidewalk; “Dustin Headley, 34 yoa from Saint Stephens was arrested for Public Intoxication with a BAC of .400”
- Two Arrests In One Incident: Available Narrative – RP advised an intoxicated subject tried to fight them, then broke into their apartment and hit them in the back of the head with an airsoft rifle butt; “Jaden Blackburn, 18 yoa from Riverton was arrested for MUI with a BAC of .292 and Criminal Entry. Mister Blackburn also had two Fremont County warrants for Failure To Appear. With Mister Blackburn and also cited for MUI was Patrick Arthur, 20 yoa from Green River”
- Brown, Ivan, 21, Salt Lake City UT, DWUI, Available Narrative: RP advised of a possible REDDI; “Officer made contact with the driver of the Reported REDDI vehicle and identified him as Ivan Brown, 21 yoa from Sal Lake City. Mister Brown displayed signs of alcohol impairment and then failed the field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWUI. A later test at the station indicated Mister Brown had a BAC of .165 and a citation for Operating A Motor Vehicle Without An Interlocking Device was also issued”

- Domestic Abuse: Shortite Drive, 10 PM, Available Narrative: RP advised a subject bit them “multiple times”; “28 yoa victim was transported to the hospital and a report was taken. An affidavit was prepared for an arrest warrant for Domestic Battery for the 38yoa male half and a citation was prepared to be served for Property Destruction for him having kicked in the door of the residence to gain entry”
