The driver, who was identifed as Charles Black, 45 yoa from Arapahoe displayed signs of alcohol impairment and, when asked if he would be willing to perform field sobriety test declined with the statement “I’m intoxicated” Mister Black was arrested for DWUI and a later test at the station indicated a BAC of .143″
