- Multiple Arrests In One Incident: Available Narrative – “Autumn Yellowbear, 22 yoa from Ethete was the driver of a vehicle which was stopped for a traffic violation and was arrested when she was found to have a Fremont County warrant for Failure to Appear. There were two passengers in the vehicle who also had warrants and were arrested: Leandra Washington, 25 yoa from Riverton on a Failure to Appear warrant out of Riverton Municipal court and Haley Headley, 22 yoa from also on a Riverton on a Riverton Municiple warrant for Failure to Appear”
- Felter, Alvin, 44, Arapahoe, DWUI, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Battery, Failure To Maintain Liability Insurance, Available Narrative – RP advised that a subject attempted to grab their daughter and put her in a vehicle, but then the subject attempted to leave in the vehicle, hit a parked car causing damage, then fled on foot; “Alvin Felter, 44 yoa from Arapahoe was located nearby and determined to be the driver and the assailant. Mister Felter explained he had grabbed the victim after mistaking her for a relative. Mister Felter was arrested and charged with the following: DWUI, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Battery for having grabbed the victim and Failure To Maintain Liability Insurance”
