EDITOR’S NOTE: On August 29, it was brought to County 10’s attention that an entry in the Riverton Police Department’s call log printed below included a name where the subject arrested used an alias that was in the RPD’s system, as confirmed with RPD Chief Eric Hurtado. That name should have been “Robert” Wallowingbull, not the first name that was originally in RPD’s report, which was subsequently included in this post. That change has been made and reflected in the entry in this post.

- Sisneros, Solana, 30, Casper, Available Narrative: RP advised they were “attacked”; “Solana Sisneros, 30 yoa from Casper was arrested for Domestic Battery after it was determined she had scuffled with a 76 yoa family member, injuring their arm. Ms. Sisneros was also charged with Interference for having ran from the responding officers.”
- Leclair, Wyatt, 28, Riverton, DWUI with a Child Passenger, Child Endangering, Available Narrative: “Police contacted Wyatt Leclair, 28 yoa from Riverton and, after determining he was in physical control of a vehicle and intoxicated, arrested him for DWUI With A Child Passenger and Child Endangering for leaving two other small children in his care at home and unattended.”

- Antelope, Dennison, 35, Arapahoe, Warrant, Available Narrative: RP advised of two subjects fighting; “The fight was over when officers arrived but Dennison Antelope, 35 yoa from Arapahoe was arrested on a warrant.”
- Duran, Benjamin, 23, Riverton, Public Intoxication, Resisting, Available Narrative: RP advised that an intoxicated subject was honking their horn and fell outside of the vehicle before “throwing water bottles”
- Walker, Cecil, 53, Saint Stephens, Available Narrative: RP advised of intoxicated subjects; “Vehicle had left when officers arrived and was located nearby and the driver was identified as Cecil Walker, 53 yoa from Saint Stephens. Mister Walker displayed signs of alcohol impairment and refused to do the field sobriety tests, saying he would fail them if he tried. Mister Walker was arrested for DWUI”

- Antelope, Matthew, 44, Ethete, Felony Vandalism, Available Narrative: RP advised that the drive-through window was broken; “Responding officer reviewed surveillance video of the incident and positively identified Mathew Antelope, 44 yoa from Ethete as the vandal. Mister Antelope was located and arrested for Felony Vandalism – Investigation continues.”

- Two Arrests In One Incident – Available Narrative: “Candace Washakie, 50 yoa from Lander was the passenger in a vehicle which was stopped for a traffic violation and was arrested when she was found to have a Fremont County warrant for Failure To Appear and Possession Of Methamphetamine which was found in her possession in a search incident to her arrest. The driver of the vehicle, Robert Wallowingbull, 37 yoa from Ethete was arrested on a Fremont County warrant for Probation Revocation.”
- White, Logan, 20, Riverton, Aggravated Assault, Available Narrative: While reviewing surveillance footage, law enforcement dispatch observed a subject attack another subject on the ground, unprovoked; “Responding officers located and arrested Logan White, 20 yoa from Riverton and charged him with Aggravated Assault. The 34 yoa male victim was transported by EMS for his injuries.”
