- Reckless Endangerment: S 8th Street East, 12:24 PM, RP advised a female subject was shot by an employee at the Riverton livestock auction; “Although he had been told on several prior occasions not to do so, Matthew Zupank 40 yoa from Riverton was using a .22 pistol loaded with bird shot to move stubborn cattle through the chute. On this occasion a 24 yoa female who was on the other side of the cattle was struck in the right leg and stomach by some of the bird shot and was taken to the hospital for treatment. As it turned out the Yukon had been stolen and not yet reported. Numerous items such as cell phones that were also possibly stolen were recovered from the vehicle and a suspect has been identified”
