He was later released to a relative”

Because of that Whiteplume was also charged with Resisting Arrest. Marsha Blackburn, 36 yoa from Saint Stephens who was with mister Blackburn was arrested on an active Riverton Municipal warrant for Failure to Appear”

Ms. Jenkins also had a Fremont County warrant for Failure to Appear”
