Public Intoxication with a AC of .278.” - Two Arrests In One Incident – Available Narrative: RP advised of two unknown people sleeping in her car; “Alvin Felter, 44 yoa from Arapahoe was arrested on a Fremont County warrant for Probation Revocation and Lyric Chingman, 29 yoa from Fort Washakie was arrested for Public Intoxication.”

- Jenkins, Nikeah, 26, Arapahoe, DWUI, Available Narrative: “Nikeah Jenkins, 26 yoa from Arapahoe was the driver of a vehicle which was stopped for running a red light. After Ms. Jenkins displayed signs of alcohol impairment and failed the field sobriety tests she was arrested for DWUI. A later test at the station indicated her BAC at .139.”
