Mister Kornder was subsequently cited for No Liability Insurance, No Registration and Driving While Under suspension. Mister Kornder also had a Riverton Municipal warrant for which he was arrested. In a search incident to his arrest he was found to be in possession of marijuana in the form of a THC vape pen and was also charged with that”
