- Quiver, Annelio, 21, Riverton, Domestic Battery, Resisting, Available Narrative: RP advised of a highly intoxicated person trying to fight people; “Anellio Quiver, 21 yoa from Riverton was arrested for Domestic Battery after officers determined he had bit a 21 yoa household member on the arm. When Mister Quiver resisted his arrest for Domestic Battery he was also charged with that offense”
